is going to launch it's new windows phone 7! And at the part of it, You know how is important publicity of any thing ! Without publicity nothing is going to profit. But I think Microsoft don't need do this.
The new phones will initially be available on AT&T, USA. Prototype devices have been shown previously and have a lot of similarities to the iPhone. So it won’t be easy for Microsoft
(Microsoft: Stock). But Microsoft
is doing its best and launching the largest campaign that the mobile market has ever seen. Yes, the iPhone's been doing this brilliantly for a long time now. But the acknowledgment that the human side is vital is, from Microsoft, like a smile emerging from the lips of a Swiss Guard.

Let me tell you something about it's price in market. According to latest statements from experts, Microsoft is planning to spend about $400 million on core marketing of the Windows Phone 7.I have written my last article about this Windows Phone 7 and how Microsoft makes it perfest for users. Now I am going to talk about this new technology Windows Phone 7 for it's advertisement. This is not common ad.
But it is created too intelligently and with funny effects. Eight global video ads will launch across Europe from 13/10/2010 and air in the US on the 25th of October.
And the tag line for this advertisement set but Microsoft publishing comity is "It’s time for a phone that will save us from our phones” ! what a great line from Microsoft! I like it too much.
what does it mean? it means that Windows Phone 7 should provide its users with a better way to organize the information on the phone. I have written in my last article that how Microsoft make it self different from other Gadgets and Mobile developers! check it out here! Microsoft is also going to use Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and MySpace where people can engage in dialogue with the company and tell their own observations of the phone.
let you decide that one thing , but Microsoft says their Windows 7 phone is “to get you in, and out, and back to life”. But a good smartphone, ones like the iPhone, Android and the classic BlackBerry, are bringing users to their devices more often because of their excellent user experiences. Yes excellent user experiences, That You should also feel it. It's great gadgets I have ever tried of any company.

Now let me see you advertisement that is for
Windows Phone 7:
Windows Phone 7:
Now that two officially sanctioned ads have emerged, different in content from the leaked affairs, but humming the same theme, they do nothing to lessen a sense of, at the very least, hope.

Tech Company is in issue: Microsoft sues Motorola over Android phones
Issue: company’s android powered phones infringed on nine patents held by the software giant.
Yes, this complaint was submitted by Microsoft. Microsoft sued Motorola Friday on 2/10/2010 claiming that the company’s android-powered phones infringed on nine patents held by the software giant.
According to a statement by Microsoft deputy general counsel horacia Gutierrez, the alleged infringements centre on the way Motorola’s phone synchronize e-mail, calenders, contacts, and meetings, and in the way it notifies the users of changes in signal strength and bettery power. Microsoft said that it filed the action at the international trade commission and the US District Court in Washington.
“WE HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY TO OUR CUSTOMERS, PARTENERS AND SHAREHOLDERS TO SAFEGUARD THE BILLIOND OF DOLLARSWE INVEST EACH YEAR IN BRINGING INNOVATIVE SOFTWARE PRODUCTS.AND SERVICES TO MARKET” Gutierrez said, “
Motorola needs to stop its infringement of our patented inventions in its android smart phones.”
The suits come 10 days before Microsoft launches the new version of its mobile software, which it hopes will win back market share from Apple Inc's iPhone and Google.Microsoft said it filed its actions against Motorola at the International Trade Commission and in federal court in Seattle.
Microsoft sis nit name yet google, which makes the android operating system, as a party to suit. Earlier Microsoft will make software licensing agreement with another android phone maker, HTC. In my last article I have described more on progress of HTC. Click here to read about HTC.
Now in next generation of tech Microsoft prepares to launch its windows phone 7, which it hopes will rival android and the iphone in the smartphone market. So, make your eye on new phone releasing in I think 2011.

Live Matrix aims to schedule the Web
A new service called Live Matrix, which comes out of private beta Monday morning, is attempting to solve the very large problem of organizing live events from all around the Web into one place.
These are not just Web events though--things like Apple event live blogs, online sales, or streamed concerts--but TV programs, auctions, and sporting events too.
In the same way TV listings work, users can cycle through upcoming events by "channel." These are broken down by genres like sports, entertainment, news, and shopping. Users are also able to create their own channels by "following" particular programming items.

In the same way TV listings work, users can cycle through upcoming events by "channel." These are broken down by genres like sports, entertainment, news, and shopping. Users are also able to create their own channels by "following" particular programming items.
The mechanism for finding new events is displaying how many users have saved any particular one; each event gets a little counter that looks similar to Digg's voting box, and some of the most popular events--both live and upcoming--get some limelight on the site's front page. Once you've found an event you like, you can then save it to your listings, schedule a reminder, or share to a social network:
To actually view content, the service jumps you off-site, which in my testing worked well for some things and not so well with others. For scheduled Web shows like CNET's live podcasts, it takes you straight to the program page, but other things like sports games did not always go to the right event. I also ran into problems with sites that required registration or a pay wall to view content, something that would have been nice to get the heads-up on, or filter out of the listings.
Fans of Clicker will no doubt be drawn to the site for some of its scheduling similarities, though Live Matrix has much broader ambitions at bringing together video content along with just about anything that's got a time and URL. While I think video is what most people are going to be angling for, the site has some serious potential for organizing just about everything else.

Microsoft, Adobe: PDF security flaw treatable
Microsoft and Adobe Systems have announced that a recently released Microsoft toolkit can be used to block zero-day attacks targeting a security flaw in Adobe's Acrobat and Reader programs.

In an advisory published Friday, Microsoft detailed how its Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit 2.0 could be used to short-circuit the threat. Adobe, which has not yet released a patch, updated its original advisory to reflect the new information.
Adobe considers the flaw to be "critical"--it could let an attacker take control of any of the millions of computers running what is far and away the most popular PDF (portable document format) viewing system.

On Thursday, security company Trend Micro said it had found malicious files in the wild related to the flaw.
In its advisory, Microsoft says the following:
"In order to enable EMET for Adobe Reader and Acrobat you have to install EMET and run the following simple command line as an Administrator. Please note the path to the Adobe Reader and Acrobat could be different in your system (especially if you are not using a 64 bit system).C:\Program Files (x86)\EMET>emet_conf.exe --add "c:\program files (x86)\Adobe\Reader 9.0\Reader\acrord32.exe"The changes you have made may require restarting one or more applicationsWe have been working closely with the Adobe Secure Software Engineering Team (ASSET) on recommending EMET as a mitigation option. Due to the time-sensitive nature of this issue, we have only been able to perform a cursory look at the functional compatibility of this mitigation. Keep in mind, Adobe Reader and Acrobat support broad feature sets, which require extensive testing to fully cover all functionality. Therefore, we recommend that you also test the mitigation in your environment to minimize any impact on your workflows."
Microsoft to probe charges of antipiracy abuses
Microsoft's top lawyer said on Monday that the company is taking action in the wake of a report that its antipiracy efforts have been used by the Russian government as a means to monitor computers of dissident groups in that country.
In a blog post, general counsel Brad Smith said that the company is hiring an outside law firm to investigate a report in The New York Times that the Russian government has used Microsoft's antipiracy efforts as a pretext to search computers of potential dissidents and, separately, that some lawyers hired by Microsoft have worked with corrupt police to shake down businesses over the piracy issue.
The company also plans to take other steps, including a plan to make it easier for nonprofit groups and newspapers in some countries to get access to free copies of its software in an effort to prevent such abuses.
"We want to be clear that we unequivocally abhor any attempt to leverage intellectual property rights to stifle political advocacy or pursue improper personal gain," Smith said in a blog post. "We are moving swiftly to seek to remove any incentive or ability to engage in such behavior."

Smith's comments follow a weekend report in The New York Times that the Russian government has been using the pretext of checking for counterfeit Microsoft software to search the computers of groups it wishes to monitor. The Times article suggests that lawyers hired by Microsoft have backed the tactic, while a second article said that that some of the private attorneys hired by Microsoft may have been part of a separate scheme collaborating with corrupt police to extort money from businesses over the piracy issue. "As general counsel for Microsoft, it was not the type of story that felt good to read," Smith said. "It described instances in which authorities had used piracy charges concerning Microsoft software to confiscate computers and harass non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and others engaged in public advocacy. It suggested that there had been cases when our own counsel at law firms had failed to help clear things up and had made matters worse instead."
Smith said that the next step for the company is "clear-cut."
"We must accept responsibility and assume accountability for our anti-piracy work, including the good and the bad," Smith wrote in the blog post. "At this point some of the specific facts are less clear than we would like. We will retain an international law firm that has not been involved in the anti-piracy work to conduct an independent investigation, report on its conclusions, and advise us of new measures we should take."
In addition, Smith said that Microsoft is changing the way it licenses software to nongovernmental organizations in Russia and helping the groups document to authorities that they have legal software. The company will also work over the next month to strengthen efforts to prevent those working for Microsoft or claiming to do so from extorting money over the piracy issue.
"Our team in Russia had already started work to address this by creating a list on the web of our authorized counsel, so that anyone can review this and readily check someone's claim that they represent Microsoft," Smith said. "This is a good step, but we can and should do more."
At the same time, reducing piracy is a huge issue for Microsoft, particularly in emerging markets such as Russia.
"It costs jobs and business growth and can cheat consumers who think they're paying for genuine products," Smith said. "We know for a fact that the reduction of software piracy has breathed new life into Russia's own software industry and has created new jobs in our industry, both at Russian software companies and for U.S. software exporters. But none of this should create a pretext for the inappropriate pursuit of NGOs, newspapers, or other participants in civil society. And we certainly don't want to contribute to any such effort, even inadvertently."
Smith said the new steps should help avoid that, but pledged the company would take further action, if necessary.
The lengthy blog post follows an earlier statement from Kevin Kutz, Microsoft's director of public affairs. Kutz said over the weekend that the company has been in discussions with various human rights groups regarding issues in Russia and has taken several new steps, including increasing monitoring and training of its outside lawyers and making available on its Russian Web site the names of those officials who are representing the company.
"We have to protect our products from piracy, but we also have a commitment to respect fundamental human rights," Kutz said. "Microsoft anti-piracy efforts are designed to honor both objectives, but we are open to feedback on what we can do to improve in that regard."
