India made History by using the Giant Helium Balloon as THE 360 Display Screen at the opening ceremony of common wealth games 2010 at Jawaharlal Nehru stadium , New Delhi
The Glittering Lights were programmed to jump off mirrors on the aerodynamic balloon while sound effects of the magnitude of 500,000 watts was used to make it more spectacular and spell-binding, to the amazement of over 60,000 spectators.
The Giant Helium Balloon was manufactured by per Lindstrandt and designed by Merk Fsher , the Biggest balloon in this world used for any event for the first time ever !! The balloons diameters are 40*80*12 (meters) approximately !!
Here the cost of this Giant Helium balloon was around Rs. 70 crore which is very costlier but if we concern about Indian Organization then we the ( Indians ) just looking forward to Host the event as better as we can !
